BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
As you would appreciate, time is valuable. If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please consider us and other clients, and give 48 hours notice by contacting the practice.
NO CANCELLATION FEE
Appointment is cancelled (or rescheduled) 48 hours before the appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
For appointments cancelled 24 hours before your appointment or same day, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
SICK CANCELLATIONS
We understand everyone gets sick, it‘s frustrating for you and it can be frustrating for us and sometimes there is nothing to do about it. However, we need to protect our business and would appreciate if you are not feeling well please get in touch well before your appointment. Unfortunately, same day sick cancellations or 24 hours or less notice will incur a fee of 50% your session.
NON-ATTENDANCE
For non-attendance of an appointment you will be charged the full amount of your regular session fee. You will either be sent an invoice to be paid or this will be deducted from your card on file with an emailed invoice.
As a courtesy, we send a text message confirming your appointments 48-72 hours prior to your booking. This message is intended to provide a friendly reminder of your appointment and is an opportunity for you to confirm or cancel. It is your responsibility to ensure that you record your appointment appropriately and contact the practice to reschedule any appointments prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
