Welcome to my online booking system for Diana Burgess Naturopath. My clinic and yoga/dance studio are located at Proactive Health, 578A Kerikeri Road, next door to The Rusty Tractor cafe.
Please be aware I am currently booked up 3-4 weeks ahead, however, once you book we can get things underway, such as any pre-appointment blood tests, filling out of forms and questionnaires etc.
When booking make sure you state your main health concerns or reason for booking in the notes box. This is most important if you are booking a Zoom Consultation.
PLEASE NOTE:
For the Metabolic Balance Programme there is a Metabolic Initial Consultation you must complete first which you’ll see listed. Other consultations are self explanatory.
If you have difficulty finding a time that suits, or you’d like to go on a cancellation list, feel free to text me directly on 027 2000 442 NB: Online bookings are only available to book 8 weeks ahead so keep popping back as each week new appointments will become available.
NB: All consultations are non-refundable but are transferable if cancellations are within at least 24hours of your scheduled appointment. You will need to reschedule by texting Di on 0272000442
