Hi! Welcome to our online booking portal, where you can book new appointments, and view upcoming appointments with your psychologist.
Before you get started, here are a few things to be aware of:
• Only existing Compass clients can make online bookings. If you're a new client, or haven't visited Compass for over 12months, please contact the practice on 02 4074 6103, send as an email at info@compassclinpsych.com.au, or submit an enquiry via our website at https://compassclinicalpsychology.com.au/bookings-contact/
• Online bookings are for therapy (not assessment) clients only, as assessments must be carefully planned with varying appointment lengths.
• Please check that you have funding (e.g. Medicare, privately funded) available BEFORE you book your appointment.
• Please note if you are attending Compass as a private or Medicare client, the initial session must be paid up-front in full to secure your booking. If you don't give us enough notice (two business days) before cancelling or rescheduling, the full prepaid session fee will be forfeited, with no Medicare rebate available.
• If you schedule an appointment without funding approval (e.g. Medicare) prior to your appointment, it is your responsibility to pay for the session.
• Please call us on 02 4074 6103 if you would like to check how many Medicare rebatable sessions you have remaining in this calendar year/on your current referral.
