New Clients:
Before your first session you will receive two emails requesting further information :
The first is a link to complete a registration and consent form. This can be completed any time before your first session.
The second is a link to upload a copy of your referral/ mental health care plan. If you do not have a referral, or your GP has sent the referral directly to Clematis Psychology, you may disregard this email/ request.
Fees:
The fee is $280 per session. With a referral/ mental health care plan you will receive a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session (for up to 10 sessions per year). Out of pocket expense with a referral is $134.75.
