Terms & Conditions – Body Mind Soul Clinic
By proceeding with your booking through the Zanda online system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service:
1. Fees
I confirm that I have read and accept the current fee structure for services at Body Mind Soul Clinic:
- $230.00 for a standard 50-minute consultation.
2. Cancellation Policy
I understand and accept the cancellation policy as outlined by Body Mind Soul Clinic:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $180.00 late cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend will incur the full appointment fee.

3. Telehealth Appointments
For all telehealth appointments:
Full payment is required prior to the appointment.
Payment will be processed on the morning of your scheduled session.
Your telehealth link will be sent on the day of your appointment.
Eligible Medicare rebates will be automatically processed after your appointment.
By continuing with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
