For breathwork classes, please press 'Book Class' below. You will be emailed further information after booking if it is your first class with us.
If you would like to book a free 20-minute consultation, please do so. You may get 1 free session per person.
If you are booking your first Exercise Physiology session with us, please make sure you select "Initial Consultation". If you have a specific referral or funding body, make sure that you select the appropriate session and do not pay at the time of booking.
