**NEW PATIENTS*** please add your reason for booking by using the “add note” option, before confirming your appointment.

We strongly advise booking an initial consult and then two follow-up consults spaced out by 2-4 weeks from your initial appointment.

TPS has a 24 hour cancellation policy. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for any less than 24hrs notice. You can cancel your appointments through the portal prior to the 24hrs window. Non-attendance and cancellations with less than 3hrs notice will be billed at your full appointment fee. If you are unwell we’ll happily convert your in-person apt to a Telehealth.

Please note our emails and voicemail are monitored out of hours so if you are unable to make your appointment and our reception is closed, please communicate by leaving a message or emailing info@thepelvicstudio.com
