We treat clients who are at risk and vulnerable due to health. Hygiene practices are required on premises to ensure clients safety. Please reschedule if you or a member of your household have any symptoms of any contagious illness.
You will be required to reschedule your appointment if:
- You run a high temperature.
- You are feeling unwell (with ANY contagious illness) within the last 7 days.
- You have tested positive for COVID-19.
If you have had any contagious illness please allow atleast 7 days until you rebook.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE NOTICE
24 hours notice is required for ALL cancellations or appointment changes or fee applies - 80% session fee up until 12 hours prior to your booked appointment time. Full session charge for No shows or less then 12 hours notice given.
