You are at our Client Portal - where you can book your, or your child's, appointment with confidence, convenience and ease. Please book yourself and your family under THEIR OWN NAME so they get their own file.
JUST A FEW SIMPLE STEPS:
1. Choose your location - In person OR online
2. Select a Service - you can filter by type at the top
3. Choose your appointment day and time.
PAYMENT:
Fees are a bummer for you and me but we can avoid them....Just do this:
1. Book your appointment
2. DO NOT pay via stripe (appointments only)
3. I will invoice you during the week of your appointment with my bank details
4. You pay by direct deposit 24 hours prior to your appointment ....winner winner - no fees!
*** of course if you want to pay by credit card on the day you can do that but note you will be charged extra for the service fees.
THINGS TO NOTE:
* Enter your details as a new client or an existing client and you will receive an emailed appointment confirmation with my clinic address.
* If this is an initial appointment you will get an email with a link to an online intake form. Please complete and submit the Intake Form at least 3 days prior to your appointment. If you've been here before you don't need to redo it.
* If you have booked an online session, a zoom link will be sent separately.
