FEEL FREE TO ADD A NOTE - in the final steps of your booking, please add a note to your booking to tell us what is happening with your feet.
To assist us to assess your treatment, please bring the following with you:
- Doctor Referral (if you have been given one)
- Medicare Card or Private Health Care Card (if you have one)
- Any relevant scans, X-rays or other imaging
- For Orthotics, bring in your most worn shoes
NEW PATIENTS TO THE CLINIC - If you could arrive 10 mins earlier and see our Receptionist so she can give you a New Patient Registration Form to fill out.
