All appointments are via TELEHEALTH and attract a fee (no bulk billing).
A minimum of $190 is due on the day of the appointment via bank transfer (BSB: 063622 Account: 10909966 Name: Jacqueline van der Klooster trading as Transcendent Psychology) or you can pay your invoice here in your client portal by clicking on My Invoices.
An SMS reminder is sent at 9am the day prior to your appointment. A fee of $190 is charged for not providing 24 hours notice that you cannot attend. See My Appointments for future bookings.
By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. Money not paid may be sent to a debt collector and attracts a late fee of $20 after 7 days of non payment. Medicare Rebates of $141.85 will be paid to the bank account you have connected with Medicare for eligible sessions. You are required to ensure you have a valid referral that meets the Medicare Requirements for this rebate to be paid and that you keep track of sessions used.
