* Do not book an appointment for someone else unless you have their consent to do so.
* If you're booking a couples appointment, please leave the name and contact number of your attending partner in the notes area provided.
* If booking a family appointment ensure attendees are over 16 years of age, and leave the names and phone numbers of other family members attending in the notes area provided. For parenting issues with children under 16, one or both parents should book in a session first.
* There is a 50% late cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled with more than 24 and less than 48 hours notice, and a 100% cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance without notice.
