Missed Consultations and Late Cancellation Fees
We require that you notify us if you are unable to attend your appointment as follows:
Outside 72 hours: No Charge
24 to 72 hours before an appointment $100
Less than 24 hours or No show: 100% of consultation fee
REFUNDS
If you make and pay for a booking and subsequently cancel and ask for a refund we may deduct from the refund the fees that our booking and banking services have deducted from any payment made to us.
